So what is a hiFarm?
It is the place a farmer goes for the work he cannot do alone. It starts as a team with a drone. It grows into a regional hub with testing, storage, processing and a route to buyers — shared by every farm around it.

One drone can serve hundreds of farms. Those farms cannot each buy a drone.
Armenian holdings are small. A spray drone, a soil lab, a cold room and a route to a buyer are all out of reach for a single farm — and each of them would sit idle most of the year anyway.
One agreement covers the farming year.
A farmer signs for the season, not for a single job. We plan the year with him, supply the seed and the inputs, fly every treatment on time, watch the crop from the air, and help move the harvest when it comes. Every pass, every product and every result is written down.

Every season, Armenia pays for machinery that no longer fits its farms.
Most fields here are small, sloped and split between owners. They are still worked with heavy tractors built for somewhere flatter and bigger. The soil compacts, the passes come late, and the spray goes where the wind takes it.
