Invest in the agricultural services Armenia’s farms already use
SkyAgro provides drone application, agronomy, monitoring and farm records to Armenian farms through mobile field teams — and is building a regional network around them.
SkyAgro LLC, Yerevan, Armenia
- What we do: Drone application, agronomy, crop monitoring, smart-agriculture and greenhouse services
- Who we serve: Small and medium farms — field crops, orchards, vineyards, greenhouses
- How we deliver: Mobile regional teams of trained AgroPilots and agronomists, in all regions of Armenia
- Where we are going: Ten regional hiFarms plus SkyAgro A.I. in Yerevan
Already working in the field
- 15K+ hectares serviced
- 1,500+ farmers served
- 5,000+ hectares mapped
- All regions of Armenia
Farmers pay for work done, by the hectare and by the season
- Field and drone services: Application and mapping, priced per hectare
- Agronomy and monitoring: Season plans, scouting and crop-condition reports
- Inputs: Seed and plant-protection products where we supply them
- Training: AgroPilot Academy courses
- Platforms (planned): AMS dispatch and Farm2Shop coordination fees as the modules open
Small, fragmented farms still worked with heavy machinery
Most Armenian holdings are small, sloped and split between owners. Drone application, monitoring and digital records fit them better than heavy tractors — if someone nearby operates the technology.
Cover the country first, prove it works, then go deeper
- Today: Mobile teams in the field, all regions of Armenia
- Ten regional teams: One team per marz — vehicle, agricultural drone, field kit, two AgroPilots
- Regional specialties: Storage, processing, protected production or training added to each hiFarm
- Years 2–3: Show utilisation and unit economics, then raise the next round
- Armenia-wide (target): 30–50 teams and hubs, working toward about 100 agricultural drones
- After Armenia: The same model with local partners
The HiFarm network
Ten regional hiFarms — one per marz — share one backbone, with SkyAgro A.I. in Yerevan as the intelligence and central-lab layer.
What runs today, what is in testing, what is planned
- Drone services: Operating: Application, mapping and RGB imagery by trained AgroPilots
- Farm records in 1C: Operating: Plots, contracts and jobs per season
- SkyAgro A.I.: Field testing: Mapping, multispectral analysis, field history and advice
- AMS: Built and tested: AgroPilot dispatch and job records; rollout next
- Farm2Shop: In development: Harvest planning, handling and buyers
- Central agronomy lab: Planned: Soil, water and plant analysis in Yerevan
Different investors fund different parts
- Private and founding investors: Fund one region’s team and hold an agreed interest in what it grows into.
- Impact and investment funds: Several regions or the whole programme, with blended structures where they fit.
- Banks and equipment finance: Drones, vehicles and processing lines are financeable assets with signed service demand behind them.
- Grant and development partners: Farmer training, baseline surveys, measurement, standards and open field data.
- Technical and research partners: Measurement methods, agricultural technology and ArmaTrone R&D.
- Diaspora and monthly supporters: Professionals who want a monthly contribution to go somewhere real. Register and we will come back with the structure.
